Complete Paperware:
Dinner Plates, Forks, Knives, Spoons, Napkins, Salt & Pepper, Serving Spoons, Heating Racks & Sternos (Rack Deposit Required, $5 each)

Coffee Setup:
Hot Cups, Spoons, Sugar, ilk and Ground Coffee (Urn not included)

NOT Included:
Coffee Urn ($25.00 rental cost available)
Cold Cups
Tablecloths
Cake Plates & Forks
Butter, Grated Cheese
Aluminum Foil

Also Available:
Prestige Ware Upgrade
China & Flatware (minimum 40 people)
Waitstaff - $30.00/Hr. (minimum 4 hours)
Tent Rentals
Table & Chair Rentals
Linen Rental (color chart furnished upon request)

**NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMER**
Delivery/Setup Charges Apply

• Initial deposit of 25% of total price required to book event.  This deposit becomes non-refundable within 14 days of the event
  
• Final payment must be made in advance (3 days prior to delivery)
  
• Any cancellation outside two-weeks will be refunded less any applicable fees
  
• Personal checks are not accepted
  
• Rack deposits will be forfeited if not returned within 1 week: (refund will come in the form of method of deposit)
  
• Racks must not sit in direct sunlight
  
• Parties do NOT include: tablecloths, coffee urn, cold cups, aluminum foil, cake plates, cake forks, butter or grated cheese
  
• JohnClaude will not be responsible for any damages cuased by sternos
  
• Sternos must sit in chaffing dish racks only
  
• Upon completion, remove food pans and let cool before refrigeration.
  
• All changes must be made at least (7) seven days in advance
  
• All Prices are subject to change
